Resort & Development · Building Packages

Guest, hospitality, staff and service buildings planned as one development package.

Apollo Resort Building Packages coordinates seven building types across the resort masterplan: guest villas, lodge/common buildings, reception and arrival, restaurant/bar, wellness, staff accommodation and back-of-house/service buildings. Each type can use a different structural and manufacturing route while remaining part of one coordinated project brief.

Quick project answers

How do Resort Building Packages work across a full development?

01

Does one supplier need to manufacture every resort building?

No. Apollo can coordinate different structural, prefabricated, envelope and component pathways across the development. Guest villas, restaurants, staff accommodation and back-of-house buildings can have different technical requirements even when the architectural language is coordinated.

02

Can repeated villa or staff types be standardised?

Yes. Repetition can support procurement, documentation and logistics, but the repeatable type should only be frozen after destination climate, services, freight, accessibility and operating requirements are understood.

03

How do Heavy Steel and Building Shell Systems fit?

Apollo Heavy Steel Building Systems can support selected larger operational or common buildings. Apollo Building Shell Systems can coordinate structure, roof, walls, openings, glazing and export packaging across suitable building types.

04

Does Apollo install the resort buildings?

No. Apollo is supply-only. Foundations, erection, services, specialist fitout, local professional review, statutory approvals and commissioning remain with the responsible project parties.

RESORT BUILDING PACKAGES

Seven building types. One development-level planning framework.

A resort rarely needs one building type. The package should coordinate guest-facing architecture, staff and service infrastructure, repeatability, freight and destination conditions across the whole masterplan.

APOLLO SYSTEM STACK

The building package can draw from several Apollo systems without pretending one supplier does everything.

Resort buildings work best when architecture leads and the structural, envelope, opening and product systems are matched around each building type.

01Architecture

Building type · guest / staff / operations · site response

02Primary structure

Light steel · heavy steel · other verified project pathway

03Building shell

Roof · walls · flashings · weather + thermal envelope

04Openings

TREVIK lift-slide · sliding · folding · thermal-break windows

05Façade

Solid cladding · screens · fins · architectural glass where required

06Resort systems

Shade · pools · wellness · outdoor kitchens · public realm

MASTERPLAN CONTROL

Guest experience and resort operations need separate circulation systems.

Guest arrival, villas, pools, dining and wellness should not be planned independently from housekeeping, deliveries, waste, staff movement, maintenance and plant access. The building package starts with these relationships before individual buildings are frozen.

GUESTArrival → reception → villas → F&B → wellness → recreation
STAFFAccommodation → service routes → departments → support spaces
SERVICEDelivery → storage → BOH → housekeeping → waste / maintenance

The Resort Building Packages framework does not assume a single prefab factory, fixed villa type or universal tropical specification. Different building types may use different manufacturing systems under one coordinated Apollo project brief.

Project priorities

Coordinate the resort as an operating system, not a collection of standalone buildings.

01

Guest / service separation

Guest arrival, villas, dining and wellness should not depend on the same circulation used for housekeeping, deliveries, waste and maintenance.

02

Repeat where it helps

Standardise villas, staff rooms or service components where repetition improves delivery without flattening the architecture or ignoring site conditions.

03

Climate + coastal exposure

Salt, UV, rain, heat and severe wind can change coatings, glazing, fixings, envelope and maintenance requirements.

04

Infrastructure before finishes

Power, water, drainage, wastewater, HVAC, kitchen exhaust, plant and service routes should influence the building package before finishes are selected.

05

Freight + staging

Large developments need shipment sequencing, storage, container strategy and staged releases coordinated with the construction programme.

06

Hospitality durability

Hardware, floors, glazing, doors and external finishes need to reflect intensive guest and operational use.

How Apollo fits

One resort RFP can become a coordinated multi-building supply programme.

Resort Building Packages are supply-only project pathways. Final architecture, structure, services, fire / accessibility, foundations, erection, specialist fitout, local engineering and statutory compliance remain building- and destination-specific.

01

Map the building schedule

Confirm villa counts, public buildings, wellness, staff and back-of-house requirements against the masterplan.

02

Define operational flows

Separate guest, staff, service, vehicle and delivery movement before individual building types are frozen.

03

Match manufacturing routes

Select suitable structural, prefabricated and component suppliers for each building type rather than forcing a single factory across the development.

04

Coordinate the system stack

Structure, Building Shell, TREVIK openings, façades, glazing and resort product systems are aligned around each building.

05

Stage supply + logistics

Freeze repeatable types, drawings, evidence, packing, shipping sequence and local-project interfaces around the development programme.
