Information we receive

When you send a project enquiry, Apollo may receive your name, email, phone number, organisation, country, project type, product interests, site dimensions, timing and the project information you choose to provide.

If you join Apollo Project & Product Update, Apollo receives the email address, optional first name and interest preferences you submit. Newsletter signup is separate from Smart Quote and project enquiries.

If you later send drawings, photographs or other project files, those materials form part of the project correspondence and are handled through the relevant project channel.

How the information is used

Apollo uses project information to respond to enquiries, assess product pathways, prepare quotations, coordinate supply, provide technical support, maintain project records and operate the website.

Information may also be used to prevent spam or abuse and to understand how the website is being used where analytics tools are enabled.

Service providers

Apollo uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery and related business systems. MailerLite is used to manage Apollo Project & Product Update subscribers and newsletter delivery. Where analytics is enabled, measurement providers may also process website usage information. These services may process information in locations outside the visitor's country.

• Only information reasonably required for the service should be shared
• Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link provided in newsletter emails
• Project information is not intended for public display unless separately agreed
• External services have their own security and privacy practices

Retention and security

Project records may be retained for quotation, supply, support, warranty, accounting or legitimate business-record purposes. Apollo aims to use reasonable safeguards, but no internet, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and questions

If you want Apollo to correct contact information, clarify how project information is being used, or review a privacy concern, contact sales@apollonzglobal.com. Some records may need to be retained where they form part of a quotation, transaction, support or legal record.
