Apollo NZ GlobalStart Project Brief

International Housing & Development Systems · Family Housing

A practical family of modular homes from compact households to larger multi-bedroom living.

Apollo can review one-, two-, three- and larger-bedroom housing configurations using repeatable modular grids and service logic. The goal is not an endless catalogue of house plans; it is a controlled family of homes that can be adapted to household size, climate, lifestyle and programme requirements while preserving manufacturing efficiency.

Quick project answers

Key project questions to resolve early.

01

Does Apollo have fixed one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom models?

Apollo can review a controlled family of standard or manufacturer-supported layouts across those household sizes. Exact floor areas and room configurations are confirmed against the selected manufacturing platform rather than assumed from a generic size label.

02

Can layouts change for different countries?

Yes, within the structural and manufacturing limits of the selected system. Climate, household size, cooking, storage, outdoor living, accessibility and local code requirements can justify layout or specification changes.

03

Can homes be grouped into larger developments?

Yes. Family homes can be used within affordable, key-worker, remote-community and wider development programmes with shared infrastructure and support buildings.

Project pathways

Build the brief around the actual application.

01

Standard housing family

Use H1-36, H2-54, H3-72, H4-90 and HA-54 as the controlled one-, two-, three-, four-bedroom and accessible starting family.

Browse housing standards
02

Compact households

Efficient one-bedroom and compact home pathways for smaller households, couples and selected accessible configurations.

03

Two-bedroom homes

Compact family or staff housing balancing private rooms, living space, wet areas and transport-efficient planning.

04

Three-bedroom homes

Core family-home pathways with stronger separation between living, sleeping and service zones.

05

Larger family homes

Selected larger-bedroom or joined-module configurations where household size and project economics support more floor area.

Project priorities

The standard module is only the starting point.

01

Everyday living

Storage, laundry, kitchen use, privacy, circulation and outdoor relationships should be treated as permanent-home requirements.

02

Climate comfort

Orientation, shade, insulation, ventilation and cooling or heating strategy should suit the actual destination.

03

Repeatable services

Bathrooms, kitchens and service cores should align with the structural grid to preserve factory efficiency across several house types.

04

Future maintenance

Finishes, fittings, windows, doors and services should be selected with realistic local replacement and servicing in mind.

How Apollo fits

Move from application brief to a documented modular supply package.

Apollo is supply-only. Final structure, foundations, anchoring, fire, accessibility, services, installation, local engineering and statutory approvals remain project- and destination-specific and are confirmed against the selected manufacturing system.

01

Define the use

Confirm destination, users, unit count, room schedule, approximate areas, programme and any known local performance or approval requirements.

02

Match the standard platform

Select the most suitable standard modular width, length, joining method, storey pathway and factory-completion level for the brief.

03

Freeze the project configuration

Coordinate layout, wet areas, doors, windows, services, envelope, structural criteria and the interfaces that affect local works.

04

Confirm logistics + local scope

Set packing, freight, unloading, lifting, foundations, assembly, utility connections, documentation and the boundary between supplied and local work.
