Product details

Technical information coordinated before production.

Exact values vary with pool geometry and production system. Final structure, equipment, interfaces, logistics and project documents are coordinated for the selected configuration.

01Geometry
External envelope · internal water geometry · depth · freeboardApproved drawings control the actual pool rather than generic marketing dimensions.
02Structure
Support system · reinforcement · bearing pointsStructural construction and corrosion protection are tied to the actual pool size and production method.
03Architectural pool structure
FRP shell + galvanized rectangular-steel support frameDocumented for the 10.0 × 5.0 × 1.6 m semi-inground configuration. Main frame profile is stated as 50 × 30 × 3 mm rectangular tube. Current documented shipping weight is 2,700 kg.
04Framed WPC structure
WPC cladding + galvanized-steel frame + seamless FRP linerDocumented for both 3.9 m and 11.8 m framed configurations. This construction must not be generalized to unrelated ORDRAN systems.
05FRP / composite
Laminate · resin · gelcoat · barrier layersMaterial build-up, thickness and quality evidence remain tied to the production documentation.
06Framed-pool laminate
8-layer schedule · approx. 8 mm nominal sumThe framed-pool schedule lists 1 mm pool-grade gel coat, CSM, two woven-roving layers, composite surface felt, hydrolysis-resistant vinyl-ester resin, further CSM and anti-aging vinyl-ester resin. Use only for the documented framed family.
07Gel coat
Jelmart (Jelcoat) · 1 mmNamed in the framed WPC technical sheets. Availability and exact formulation should still be reconfirmed on the production order.
08Windows
PMMA grade · thickness · support · seals · testViewing-window projects require exact material and structural evidence for the supplied panel.
09Viewing-window pathway
Standard framed + frameless systemsSupplier guidance now distinguishes a standard framed window with stated maximum size 2.86 × 0.83 m from a frameless 2.0 × 1.4 m window at fixed 22 mm thickness. Operating water depth is stated as 100 mm below shell depth. Material grade and full engineering/test evidence remain project-specific.
10Hydraulics
Suction · filtration · treatment · heating · returns · overflowPipework, valves, design flow and equipment are coordinated as one hydraulic schedule.
11Equipment
Pump · filter · heater/chiller · sanitation · controls · lightingBrand and model data are frozen before production rather than assumed from generic marketing information.
12Treatment options
Salt · UV · ozone · automatic pHCurrent documented technical information supports these pathways. Exact equipment brand, model, flow, power and certifications remain project-specific.
13Smart control
Mobile-app pathway availableController platform, supported functions and integration are confirmed in the final equipment schedule.
14Counter-current
Swim-jet + propeller-type pathwaysSelected system output, flow / thrust, power and controls remain configuration-specific.
15Automatic cover
Intelligent villa-grade pathway availableExact cover type, motor, dimensional limits and safety evidence are confirmed for the chosen pool.
16Infinity
Overflow edge · collection · balance volume · controlsInfinity / overflow projects require a genuine hydraulic design, not simply a lowered pool edge.
17Lifting + freight
Dry weight · transport envelope · lift points · CoGDestination handling plans use the configured pool's release documentation.
18QA
48–72 h production hydrostatic holdCurrent written procedure: fill to design operating water level, hold for 48–72 h, and inspect shell, joints and viewing windows for leakage and deformation. A completed handwritten sample report has been received; the final QC / release checklist is still required.
19Water chemistry
pH 7.0–7.8 · free chlorine 0.3–1.0 mg/LSupplier operating guidance also states salt-chlorinator salinity ≤5,000 ppm and maximum water temperature 38 °C. High-concentration strong acids, abrasive cleaners, undiluted corrosive agents and copper-based algaecides are prohibited.
20Corrosion control
Pre-galvanized steel + zinc-rich weld repairSupplier recommends thorough weld cleanup, zinc-rich anti-corrosion primer to weld areas and effective drainage to avoid long-term saline splash or soaking of the steel frame. Exact zinc-coating thickness / mass figures remain withheld pending clarification.
21Post-install fill test
24 h full-water leakage checkThe framed WPC installation sheet requires a 24-hour full-water check after foundation, positioning and pipeline connection, before commissioning.
22Framed-pool base
C25 concrete · ≥150 mm · ≤3 mm/m level toleranceThis is the documented requirement for the WPC framed pools, not a universal foundation specification for every ORDRAN project.
23Framed-pool lifting
Lift from steel frame onlyManufacturer instructions prohibit applying sling forces to WPC cladding, viewing glass or FRP liner.
24Warranty pathway
Written project warranty schedule requiredShell, frame, glazing, equipment, controls and cover warranty periods are published only from the final written documents applicable to the supplied configuration.

ORDRAN is supply-only and does not include physical site inspection. Technical review is based on project information provided by the client and their local consultants / contractors. Local engineering, foundations, installation, utilities, barriers, approvals and commissioning remain project responsibilities unless expressly included.

ORDRAN Technical Library

Product data and project guidance in one controlled library.

The four documented product pages carry dedicated technical sheets. Supporting guides separate base, lifting, water systems, QA and project-information requirements so each construction family stays clear and project-specific.

Applications + project fit

The technical controls behind ORDRAN.

Custom-size control

Length, width and depth can be configured by project; one-piece pools are generally planned up to 12 m length, with modular-panel construction available for larger projects. Exact width, depth and freight limits remain project-specific.

Structural control

Cross-sections, support arrangement, laminate / frame construction, weights and lifting data must match the configured pool before release.

Current drawing set

The technical library includes a 10 × 5 m semi-inground architectural construction section, an 8 × 4 m infinity-overflow configuration, framed-pool foundation / lifting guidance, and exact 3.9 m / 11.8 m framed-pool dimensions.

Water-system control

Pump, filtration, heating/cooling, sanitation, overflow, hydrotherapy and controls are selected as one coordinated equipment schedule.

Window control

PMMA / acrylic source, grade, thickness, reinforcement, frame, seal and test information are tied to the exact project configuration.

Project-release pack

Approved drawings, equipment schedule, QA/test records, packing, lifting, manuals and warranty information form the final technical release pack.
