Commercial enquiries move faster when the first brief includes the information that controls product selection, documentation, freight and local works. Apollo does not create automated budgets; pricing follows manual review of the actual project.
Application + users
State the intended use, buyer type, expected users, operating environment and whether the project is residential, commercial, school, council, club or hospitality.
Dimensions + quantity
Provide clear dimensions, quantities, available footprint, opening sizes or court areas. Drawings and marked-up photos are more useful than approximate descriptions on larger projects.
Destination + exposure
Include delivery destination, site access and relevant exposure such as coastal air, high wind, heavy rain, snow, heat or public-space use so the correct pathway can be reviewed.
Technical requirements
Identify known standards, performance targets, tender requirements, certification needs, interfaces and documentation expected by the project team before selection is frozen.
Local works boundary
