Apollo NZ Global · International project supply

Built around projects. Connected to global manufacturing.

Apollo NZ Global connects customers, specifiers and commercial teams with specialist manufacturers, technical products and complete supply pathways across New Zealand and international markets.

We work across architectural systems, sports infrastructure, outdoor environments, public realm, recreation, modular products, furniture and specialist project categories — bringing together capabilities that would otherwise require project teams to manage multiple factories and international supply channels independently.

Our role goes beyond finding a product. We work from the requirements of the project: application, dimensions, performance, environment, documentation, destination, freight, programme and the people responsible for delivery.

01

Project-first sourcing

Products and systems considered against the actual application, dimensions, environment, programme and destination.

02

Manufacturer relationships

Ongoing engagement with specialist factories and production partners across multiple product disciplines.

03

Technical coordination

Specifications, drawings, configurations, documentation and project questions brought together before supply.

04

Global supply

International product pathways structured around packaging, freight, destination and the local project team.

Manufacturer relationships

We build the connection between the project and the manufacturer.

The right product is only one part of successful international procurement. Behind Apollo is a growing network of specialist manufacturers, factories and production partners across a wide range of product disciplines.

Those relationships are developed through ongoing communication, product knowledge, technical clarification, project requirements and repeat commercial engagement — not simply one-off catalogue transactions.

Apollo can work with manufacturers to clarify specifications, explore configurations, obtain drawings and product information, review project-specific requirements, coordinate available documentation and establish the practical supply pathway before an order proceeds.

Where a project needs something outside a standard configuration, we can also explore custom dimensions, finishes, materials, accessories, packaging or project-specific production requirements, subject to technical feasibility and final manufacturer approval.

Bespoke project sourcing

Not limited to the products already on our website.

Apollo's published range represents established and developing product categories. It does not define the limits of what we can investigate for a project.

For larger, specialised or unusual requirements, customers can bring us a product brief that sits outside the current catalogue. We can use our international sourcing capability and manufacturing network to investigate suitable factories, systems and supply options specifically for that project.

The better question is not

“Do we already sell this?”

It is: “Can we find the right manufacturing and supply pathway for this project?”
  • Products not currently listed on the Apollo website
  • Specialised commercial, architectural or recreation products
  • Complementary products required to complete a larger package
  • Alternative manufacturing options for a defined project brief
  • Custom or modified products subject to technical feasibility
  • Emerging categories where a new supply pathway needs to be established

Project capability

From an initial idea to a defined international supply package.

Apollo can work with projects at different stages — from early product exploration through specification, procurement and final supply.

01

Understand the project

Application, site, users, dimensions, quantities, environment, destination and intended outcome.

02

Identify the pathway

Relevant product families and manufacturing options are narrowed around the brief — not the other way around.

03

Engage the supply network

Apollo works with the relevant manufacturer or production partner on configuration, availability and project questions.

04

Build the technical picture

Available specifications, drawings, materials, options and supporting documentation are assembled for review.

05

Define the supply scope

Products, quantities, accessories, packaging and the responsibilities of the local project team are made clear.

06

Coordinate the commercial pathway

Project-specific pricing is prepared manually once the practical supply package has been understood.

07

Plan international supply

Packaging, consolidation, freight, port or depot delivery and destination requirements are coordinated around the confirmed scope.

08

Support the handover

Products and available supporting information are supplied into the project for the appointed local delivery team.

One platform · multiple specialist divisions

Products are organised around what the project needs to achieve.

Apollo's range is deliberately broad because major projects rarely fit neatly inside a single product category. The objective is not simply a larger catalogue; it is the ability to look across multiple disciplines — and beyond our existing range — when developing a project.

01

Architectural systems

Façades, screening, architectural surfaces, shade, shelter, glazing, weather protection and specialist building systems.

02

Sports & recreation

Sports surfaces, courts, modular pump tracks, movement parks, all-season ski systems, cameras, lighting and supporting infrastructure.

03

Outdoor environments

Louvre systems, outdoor blinds, retractable architecture, pools, outdoor kitchens, fire, cooking and landscape products.

04

Public realm

Urban, park, coastal, transit and civic systems for developers, councils and community environments.

05

08

Bespoke project sourcing

Products and manufacturing solutions identified specifically for a customer brief, including requirements outside Apollo's published range.

International by design

Products may be global. Every destination is different.

Climate, wind exposure, coastal conditions, tropical environments, snow, transport infrastructure, unloading requirements, installation practices and local regulations can vary significantly between markets. The destination therefore forms part of the project brief from the beginning.

Apollo can coordinate the product and international supply pathway while appropriate local professionals remain responsible for site engineering, foundations, installation, electrical work, approvals and statutory compliance where required.

Global project reach

New Zealand based. Internationally connected.

Apollo supports destination-specific project pathways across New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific and wider international markets. Geographic reach is built around the needs of each project rather than a one-size-fits-all export model.

Technical information matters

Large projects need more than photographs and a price.

Apollo is progressively building a technical and specification-led product platform around its ranges. Depending on the product and manufacturer, project information may include specifications, drawings, dimensions, configuration options, materials and finishes, installation information, testing or certificates where available, packaging information, freight considerations and project planning guidance.

Information is checked against the current product and project requirements before it is relied upon for final supply. Where something is unavailable or needs project-specific confirmation, we would rather identify that clearly than make an unsupported assumption.

Manufacturer relationships + project intelligence

The network becomes more valuable as the platform grows.

Every manufacturer conversation, technical review, project enquiry and product investigation adds to Apollo's understanding of the markets in which we operate.

That knowledge helps us identify stronger manufacturing options, gaps in existing categories, better configurations, complementary systems, opportunities for customisation, documentation requirements, international freight considerations and complete project packages rather than isolated items.

For a straightforward requirement, that may mean one product. For a larger project, it can mean coordinating multiple systems, suppliers and product categories around one overall brief.

Clear responsibility · better projects

A defined supply model keeps complex projects clearer.

Apollo NZ Global operates primarily as a wholesale and project product supplier. We supply the agreed products and available supporting product information.

Unless specifically included in a written project agreement, site-specific engineering, foundations, installation, electrical works, civil works, local approvals and statutory compliance remain the responsibility of the purchaser and their appointed local professionals.

This separation allows Apollo to focus on finding, developing, documenting and supplying the right product solution while working effectively alongside the professionals responsible for delivering the project on site.
