ORDRAN Architectural Pool Systems

ORDRAN · Resorts, Hotels & Villas

Architectural pool systems for hospitality projects where the pool is part of the guest experience.

ORDRAN supports project-led pools for resorts, hotels, private villas, branded residences and destination developments where standard pool geometry is not enough. Custom dimensions, infinity edges, viewing windows, internal layouts, water systems and logistics are coordinated around the architecture and operating brief.

Commercial project fit

Where this ORDRAN pathway creates value.

ORDRAN is used where the pool needs to respond to architecture, operating requirements or logistics rather than simply fit a standard catalogue shell.

01

Private villa pools

Custom dimensions, plunge formats, shallow ledges and architectural finishes can be developed around the villa footprint, privacy strategy and guest use.

02

Infinity-edge suites

Infinity and overflow systems can be coordinated with views, finished levels, catchment and project hydraulics rather than added as a cosmetic edge treatment.

03

Boutique hotels

Feature pools can combine custom geometry, viewing windows, hospitality-oriented water systems and surrounding architecture within one controlled project package.

04

Branded residences

Repeated base configurations can be combined with project-specific finish, window or edge conditions across residence types.

05

Wellness destinations

Plunge, hot/cold, spa and recovery pathways can sit alongside the main pool strategy where the operating brief requires them.

06

Island and coastal resorts

Port-to-site logistics, lifting, exposure, maintenance access and local project capability are treated as part of the pool brief from the beginning.

Project priorities

Resolve the project constraints before release.

Define the intended guest experience and architectural relationship before freezing pool geometry.Separate repeated villa pool types from one-off feature pools so documentation remains controlled.Resolve overflow, balance, treatment, heating and service access as operating systems rather than visual options.Coordinate viewing windows, raised edges and deck interfaces before structural and waterproofing details are released.Plan freight, receiving, crane access and project sequencing before landscaping or buildings block final placement.Keep destination foundations, barriers, approvals, regulated trade work and commissioning with the local project team unless expressly included.

ORDRAN pathways

Choose the closest technical and commercial pathway.

These are not interchangeable model names. Each pathway has its own construction, technical and project-control logic.

Project sequence

Turn design intent into a controlled supply package.

ORDRAN is supply-only. Local engineering, foundations, lifting, regulated trades, barriers, approvals, installation and commissioning remain destination responsibilities unless expressly included.

01

Define the hospitality brief

Project type, pool count, guest use, public vs private use, desired geometry, architecture and operating requirements.

02

Create the pool-type schedule

Separate repeated villa types, premium configurations and one-off feature pools so each has a controlled brief.

03

Resolve architecture + water systems

Coordinate edge condition, windows, steps, ledges, treatment, heating, controls and covers before final drawings.

04

Plan logistics by project zone

Confirm freight route, receiving, lifting and final placement against the actual construction sequence.

05

Release controlled project documents

Approved drawings, equipment schedules, lifting information and supplied scope govern manufacture.

06

Install + commission locally

Destination teams complete local works, placement, connections, approvals and commissioning.

Project planning example

Planning example · destination resort pool programme

A resort could use one ORDRAN PLUNGE configuration across standard villas, a larger custom pool for premium villas and an ORDRAN INFINITY feature pool at the shared amenity area. The commercial advantage comes from controlling a small number of project types while still letting the architecture dictate the feature pools.

International market pathways

Match the pool brief to the destination from the beginning.

ORDRAN project review includes destination, climate/exposure, freight route, access, local project capability and operating requirements. Market pages provide the wider Apollo project-supply context; the final ORDRAN configuration remains project-specific.
