Apollo can structure compact 3×3 basketball projects around Enlio performance flooring, hoop systems, lighting and supporting court equipment. The format works particularly well where a full basketball court is not practical, from premium residential backyards to schools, clubs and public recreation spaces. Enlio supplied the 3×3 court surface at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, while its FIBA 3×3 court-surface partnership now extends through 2034.
Technical overview
The supplied Enlio sheets define separate SES Elite and SES Battle III TPE systems. Published values below should be confirmed against the exact model and current project documentation before specification.
Final court geometry, hoop specification, clearances, foundations and compliance should be confirmed for the intended use and destination. Wet-condition limitations shown in the supplied laboratory reports must also be considered when selecting the exact surface for an outdoor project.
Independent test evidence
These reports are tied to the exact tested samples and configurations. They are stronger evidence than a marketing claim, but the FIBA laboratory reports themselves explicitly state that they are not certificates of approval.
The laboratory report records a PASS for the tested SES ELITE sample and states that the submitted samples met all requirements for FIBA product certification. The report itself is not a Certificate of Approval.
The tested 16 mm SES Battle 3 interlocking tile received a PASS in the FIBA laboratory test programme. Current FIBA approval status is verified separately from this report.
Independent multi-sport testing covers friction, shock absorption, deformation, rebound, drainage, wear, UV ageing, colour change and tensile performance for the tested SES Battle 3 sample.
Labosport tested the 16 mm SES Battle III sample on concrete at nine impact positions. The report concludes a critical fall height of 0.56 m for the tested configuration.
Laboratory reports apply only to the tested samples and stated construction. They do not automatically transfer to another model, colour, backing, substrate or installation. Apollo confirms current governing-body approval/certification separately before a tender or competitive specification is finalised.
Residential 3×3 court concepts

The 15 × 11 m example is a planning concept rather than a universal governing-body dimension; final geometry, line markings, runoff, hoop position and clearances are confirmed against the intended level of play and available site.
