Power + controls
Confirm mains or solar intent, local wall controls, remotes, app control, group/scene requirements and any building-management interface.

Record prevailing wind, coastal salt, heavy rain, UV, debris risk and whether staff will be available to retract screens during severe weather.
Service access
Allow access to headboxes, motors, batteries, controllers and guides so routine service does not require destructive work.
Evidence check
