Project evidence checklist

Match the technical evidence to FIXED or RETRACT before release.

FASGAR uses two fundamentally different roof families. Project teams should match structural, membrane, drainage, electrical, finish, installation and warranty evidence to the exact quoted family and configuration rather than carrying one system's data into the other.

Evidence areaRoof-family identity

Confirm whether the order is FASGAR FIXED or FASGAR RETRACT, then use the corresponding current profile, roof and accessory schedule.
Fixed aluminium-roof data and retractable fabric-roof data are not interchangeable.

Evidence areaStructural basis

Match current engineering calculations or test evidence to the selected width, projection, post/rail layout, fixings and project loads.
Wind, snow, substrate, foundations and local structural requirements remain project-specific.

Confirm the exact PVC membrane construction, mass/thickness, finish and any applicable fire/weather evidence for the quoted membrane.
A membrane property or certificate should not be extended to another fabric, colour or build-up unless it is within the documented scope.

Confirm gutter sizes, roof fall/geometry, outlet positions and final site discharge route for the selected configuration.
Rainfall intensity, projection, outlet strategy and local thresholds can change the required drainage design.

Confirm the exact motor, voltage/frequency, controller, remote zoning, ingress rating and any sensor/app integration supplied.
The published 110 V / 230 V pathway does not by itself establish destination electrical compliance.

Confirm LED type, colour pathway, drivers, switching/control and local electrical interfaces for FIXED or RETRACT.
Lighting and motor circuits should be coordinated with the final roof and destination electrical requirements.

Evidence areaFinish + exposure

Confirm aluminium finish, frame colour, hardware, membrane colour and maintenance requirements for coastal, high-UV or high-rainfall exposure.
Finish selection and warranty conditions should follow the actual environment rather than a generic colour choice.

Use current installation, commissioning, maintenance and warranty information plus released shop drawings and packing schedule.
Local foundations, electrical connection, drainage discharge, lifting, assembly and approvals remain separately defined.
