Accessories are supplied with their corresponding installation components. Additional custom mounting frames and supporting posts are not normally needed for standard configurations, but dimensions, site conditions, building attachments and support requirements must be checked for the actual project. Solar accessories are available only on selected steel shelter formats. All extras are quoted separately; Apollo supplies products only and local contractors arrange installation.
This range is available for initial product enquiries. A written quotation confirms specification, inclusion, delivery and suitability before an order can be accepted.
The designated steel supports, manual adjustable louvre-roof components and model-specific standard configuration are itemised in Apollo’s written supply quotation. Included posts, roof divisions, drainage components, fixing hardware and packaging are checked against your selected size; imagery alone does not establish kit inclusions.
Installation, foundations, site engineering, local approvals, freight and accessories are separate unless expressly listed in your written quotation. Roof-only steel orders are not available. For the outdoor kitchen, cooking appliances and cabinetry are separate; for garden storage, the doors, panels, locks and floor specification must be confirmed individually.

Textured White and Matte Grey are the two confirmed standard finishes for the ORZENZA steel collection. Single-set custom colours are not offered for steel.
No. This entry-level range is intended for suitable standard inland residential locations only. Marine/coastal, high-wind/cyclone and commercial applications are outside the offer.
Apollo offers a 10-year manufacturing warranty and a 10-year powder-coating warranty for eligible non-coastal New Zealand installations. Conditions apply; optional electrical coverage is confirmed separately.

New Zealand · How wholesale pre-orders work
ORZENZA is supplied through a pre-order process. Steel and aluminium models have separate manufacturing arrangements, and actual dates are confirmed in writing for each accepted order. Manufacturing and dispatch updates are communicated directly with each order. Manufacturing remains subject to supplier confirmation.
Manual steel louvre roof collection
Steel pre-orders are accepted from one set and coordinated by model and size. Apollo confirms scheduling individually following order acceptance.
AL-series selected manual / motorised models
One-set enquiries and multi-unit projects are quoted by model, configuration and production schedule.
Confirm the final specification, delivery and invoice amount.
Pay the 60% deposit by bank transfer against your invoice.
Apollo advises you when the relevant batch is ready to enter production.
Following readiness confirmation, pay the remaining 40% before release.
A cleared deposit confirms an accepted pre-order; it does not mean manufacturing has started. Your written quotation and invoice govern the agreed specification, deposit, balance, delivery, expected scheduling window, and applicable changes or cancellation terms. Apollo will communicate factory milestones directly when confirmed.

New Zealand ORZENZA orders: a 60% deposit is payable after written quotation acceptance and specification approval. Payment instructions and due dates are provided on the Apollo invoice. The remaining 40% is due when the order is ready for dispatch and before release, following readiness confirmation. The percentages apply to the final invoiced total including GST and confirmed delivery. The pre-order joins the appropriate manufacturing batch after cleared deposit funds and order confirmation. Manufacturing begins once the relevant batch is ready to proceed; scheduling dates are advised individually. Alternative terms may be agreed in writing for exceptional orders.
