Is the foundation finished?
Do not rely on field improvisation. Levels, anchors, drainage and penetrations should match the final project drawings.

Power, water, wastewater and communications should terminate where the approved building services plan expects them.
Who owns each local task?
Civil work, lifting, assembly, connections, inspections and commissioning need named responsibility before the shipment leaves.
Is there a weather plan?
Storage, module protection and installation sequencing should reflect the actual climate and season at the destination.
